INSURANCE INFORMATION

Our Arboretum Obstetrics & Gynecology billing staff will verify benefits for all of our patients once per business quarter. We will submit all primary insurance claims for you as part of our contract with your insurance carrier. We will collect any copays, deductibles, and coinsurances as determined by your insurance plan. Please be prepared to pay your total insurance responsibility at the time of your service. In addition, if you are scheduling surgery, we will coordinate with your insurance carrier to authorize your surgery and hospital stay.
